The staff for the most part was exceptional but the morning staff in breakfast area was not the friendliest and they started taking away the breakfast items at 9am. We saw the muffins when we started to get our breakfast and we turned around to get one and they were gone. I had to ask the lady(heavy set & tall) for them and she seemed less than pleased that she had to go back in the kitchen and get them. Otherwise breakfast was excellent and had such a great variety.

Great location and extremely convenient to everything downtown. Very clean with a friendly staff that made you feel welcomed! I would highly recommend it. The rooms are very spacious, and I love the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ballpark. Great pool deck and fitness. Side note- I love the Starbucks coffee option.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the beds slept great. Lots of room in the Queen with a view. Breakfast was very good. Lots of variety. Even fresh fruit. Lots of clean towels. Loved the security of the elevators. Had to swipe card to go up. Will definitely stay again!

Staff was very polite. Everything was very clean. My husband and I will definitely be booking with Hyatt from here on out! It was also a bonus that it was located right next to a minor league baseball field. We got to watch fireworks after the games both nights we stayed over the weekend.

The location was perfect for us because we attended a Greensboro Grasshoppers home game. We just had to walk across the street to the stadium and back to our room after the game. We also walked uptown/downtown for some late night food on Friday night. We felt safe in the area.
